Using a wide variety of functional exercises taken from disciplines such as gymnastics, weightlifting, athletics and kettle bells, our classes will provide you with the knowledge, skills and environment to improve your strength, endurance, mobility and confidence.
CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimises fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). The aim is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness and best prepare trainees for any physical activity. Our speciality is not specialising.

All workouts are scalable, meaning they are suitable for any committed individual regardless of experience. The same routines are used for elderly individuals and professional athletes.
We program a different workout each day to incorporate a range of functional movements, weights and intensities which, by design will keep you motivated and striving to improve. You will be coached through each session by a CrossFit certified and experienced trainer, to ensure you are moving correctly and get the most out of every visit. Workouts are performed in small classes, which encourages comradery and creates our unique community, so you’ll never want to leave!
